What are your access hours?
Our access hours run from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. While we recognize that some companies offer 24-hour access, we chose our hours because they make for a safer environment. We eliminate property activity in the darkest hours of the night, which results in fewer break-ins. With these hours, you can still enjoy access early in the day and late at night.
What are your office hours?
We actually utilize a 24-hour kiosk in place of standard office hours. This feature helps us keep costs down and provide the ‘round-the-clock assistance our customers love. You’re always welcome to call us at (870) 897-2576 to speak with our manager.
I’m a college student. Can I rent a storage unit?
Of course you can! We’re a short drive away from Arkansas State University. We provide amenities like drive-up access and onsite packing supplies, and we’re located in an extremely safe location. Our 5’x5’ and 5’x10’ units are perfect for local college students to store their things over break and during the school year.
Do I need to purchase rental insurance?
While we don’t require you to purchase insurance, we strongly recommend it. We are absolutely not responsible for any of the items you rent with us. Renter’s insurance is a great way to receive the protection you need in the case of an incident.
What kind of lock should I use?
Disc locks are widely accepted as the best option in self storage. Because of their shape, they’re difficult to cut into.
What sizes are your climate-controlled spaces?
Our climate-controlled storage units range in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x20’. A 5’x5’ unit is ideal for a few boxes and small pieces of furniture, while a 10’x20’ can hold roughly the same amount of belongings as a two-car garage.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is a feature that allows you to pull up your car to the front door of your unit. Many of our tenants love this amenity because it saves them time and energy. Our drive-up accessible rentals range in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x15’.
Do you sell packing and moving supplies?
We sure do. You can purchase all the items you need to complete your move-in day successfully. We also have dollies and handcarts that are free for you to use.
